The team at P&P have provided my flyers for advertising, and also built my company website. Sam, who looks after my account is extremely helpful and professional, and a pleasure to work with.

In our initial meeting we went through ideas, and Sam was able to guide me in the direction that would work most economically and effectively (both visually and technically), for our website. I am thrilled with the result, and the professional image it reflects of our company. Sam’s design has provided exactly the ‘feel’ we were looking for, and we have received many compliments for the new site. Our website has improved our google placement, and also helped automate a number of our processes. This has been invaluable. In addition to our website, Sam was able to offer a much more cost effective way of managing our emails and helped with the transfer that was required.

The aftercare service is also excellent. Sam patiently took me through all page designs and complex contact forms teaching me how to amend and update them myself going forwards. If ever I forget how to do a part of it Sam will send me clear steps to work through the system. This part of the service has been so important to me, allowing me to have control over the website and make amendments when I need to.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. Their client service is second to none...and they are lovely people to work with! I have already recommended P&P to a number of friends with businesses or charity events to run, and will continue to do so.
